GMC PEST CONTROL

Description of Work: I hired GMC Pest Control because I had rat(s) in the attic and the crawl space. This company was recommended by a friend. Rodney always came on time, was neat and well dressed and polite. He knew his job. He surveyed my property for entry points and found some that the last company (another pest control company) missed. He charged $250 for a 2-week, twice a week service to catch and dispose of the rat(s). To close the remaining entry points he charged an additional $350. That involved screening off 3 areas on the outside of the house and 3 areas on the roof of the house and took him about 30 minutes. He baited traps and placed them in the attic and crawl space. He placed 4 additional plastic box traps outside the house. I did not hear the rat again, but nothing was in the traps. I could smell that the rat died and told Rodney. To look for the rat and remove it was a different service for which he charged $250 per 30 minutes, that work out to $500 per hour, which I though was ridiculous, but I had him look for 30 minutes. He found the source of the smell but did not find the rat. The smell vanished within 2 days and the work is now complete.
