I give them credit for trekking through the LA traffic to get to my job. They called from the road to let me know they were delayed due to traffic. Their first trip was to hopefully repair, but once they determined the damage, they needed to receive authorization to order a new system. They kept me in the loop during the entire first visit.
When the unit arrived they came out and installed it quickly and cleanly.
Overall, my experience with them was quite lovely.
