Handyman Service
He applied as independent contractor but he was almost always accompanied by his buddy when he came for work. He was initially hired on per hour rate as a handyman which becomes difficult to calculate when two persons are working. It was communicated to him but he insisted to come along with his buddy. He did show but never gave the receipt for the material for which he charged for reimbursement. I also noticed he complained about the quality of the work done by other licensed contractors. I had to finally pay him before the work was finished by taking decision to let other handyman carry over his unfinished work.
