I'm a very, very difficult person to please. They were very courtious, and a pleasure to see. They were focused on their work and always asked if I'd like them to do something. They kept dust levels to a minimum. Amy had a great aura.

ENVIROCLEAN is actually the sales part of the business (they specialize in non-toxic and environmental friendly cleaning products). The house cleaning part of the business is run under AMERIKLEEN. They have been cleaning my 2400 sq. ft. home for about two months now, and so far it seems to be working. They are very reasonable. I have the same two people coming to my house each time, which is really nice! They do not speak much English, but we are learning to communicate. We have a large German Shepherd and they do get most if not all the hair (sometimes they miss large clumps in the corners, but that is to be expected).

Punctuality is an issue. I thought they said they would arrive around 11am. But, sometimes they show up at 10:45am, and others as late as 11:25am. But, now that I know, I'm just planning on it. They take about 1.5-2 hrs and they do a thorough job. Slowly but surely they are getting more and more of the house in shape, and I don't have to do it (though I do have to pick up before they come).

They have had to be told to move certain items like the coffee tables in the living and family room (both wood, and not terribly heavy) so they can vacuum and mop under--they did not do that the first time. One of the things that always annoys me is that cleaning people NEVER put things back where they found them after they have moved them to clean--BUT THIS SEEMS TO BE TRUE OF ALL CLEANING SERVICES. I can't figure that one out.

They are quite thorough in the kitchen, removing the stove grates (gas stove) and cleaning under everything. The microwave gets cleaned out every time. And our sink, which stains easily, is always VERY clean after they leave (I have no idea what they use on it, but it works!!!). On top of everything, the house smells really nice--not that toxic chemical smell that often lingers with other cleaning services.

Over all, great experience so far.

They were not as 100% detail oriented as I thought they might be, but then again, I have very high expectations. They did however, do a pretty good job, and I would likely give them another try should I need their services. They are professional, quick to return your phone call, and work at fair prices. I would recommend them.

Joey and his crew arrived on time and got to work immediately. My kitchen was filthy. Arthritis on my part and neglect when my husband was hospitalized led to its sorry state. They scrubbed down the walls, cabinets, cleaned the windows, and detail cleaned the stove. I was very pleased with what was done. My only problem was that the estimate was for three hours of work and the cleaners were there for six hours. Even with the extra time, not everything I wanted done, like grout cleaning, got finished. What they did get done was terrific. I know Joey wanted to add the additional time on to the final invoice but I told him I was in a bind financially with my husband in the hospital. He graciously did not charge me for the additional hours. I will definitely use this company again. I liked their honesty and integrity, as well as the good work.

THE CREW HAD A VERY PROFESSIONAL ATTITUDE. THEY ALSO DID AND EXCELLENT JOB CLEANING AND CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE NEEDING CLEANING SERVICES. THEY ALSO DO CLEANING FOR INDUSTRIAL AND OFFICE BUILDINGS.
