Pretty well. They installed a 40 gallon natural gas water heater at a standard price at my rental property. The main thing I like is that they didn't overcharge for the attachments like some other companies. The gas flex lines and drip pan didn't cost me another $500. Dash Plumbing on Angie's List is advertising $799 but quoted me $1500-$1700 to include the flex lines, vent, and drip pan. Even when my tenant smelled gas leak while doing, laundry, they came back the next day to solve it.
