It was a free visit because the first 20,000 miles are free. Overall, it was a good, quick experience. They don't sell you on anything you don't need.

I had already paid for a 3 time service back in October. This visit took too long. It took an hour and 45 minutes. They did tell my son upfront that it would take an hour and 45 minutes, but I wasn't expecting that when I made the appointment. They could come up with more accurate time frames.

I HAVE WORKED EXCLUSIVELY WITH KON IN THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT FOR MANY YEARS. HE IS BY FAR THE MOST HONEST SERVICE REP. I'VE EVER WORKED WITH. IF HE SAYS YOU NEED SOMETHING, YOU CAN BE SURE YOU DO. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ASKING FOR HIM PERSONALLY. YOU CAN TRUST HIM WHICH IS A RARITY.

I used CROWN TOYOTA about three months ago. I spent about $70. The car wash is included with every service. The price seems somewhat reasonable. Some of the service writers are pretty responsive.

The prices had become competitive recently. They did a great job. They have great service people. I don't mind waiting. They take me home but I rather wait. They are excellent.
