When I got the new PC, Doug gave me a lot of guidance in my purchasing decisions and he advised me as to which peripherals I should replace and which I could keep. I feel I got much better components than I would have gotten without his advice. What I like least about Doug is that he didn't give any sort of cost estimate before starting the work. On the other hand, I didn't ask for an estimate. I can't complain about what he has charged me because he has spent a lot of hours working on my projects and issues. I have known some people who are excellent, technically, at their work, but lacking in people skills. What I like best about Doug is that he is a highly competent computer wizard and he has a peaceful, pleasant, friendly and likeable personality. I would definitely use his services again.

Awesome! My computer is BACK!!! Best computer repair in I have ever had! My computer was super sluggish, pop ups, a virus or two. . Got an appointment quickly, he arrived timely. He immediately told me what was wrong, he asked a few short ??? & went to work. 1 hour & 15 minutes later my computer was debugged, viruses gone, & silent. Viva la computers 4 less!!!!!!

Doug performed a very thorough search for all problems and then corrected them all, updated my computer's security, and really improved its overall performance. He also did the same for my husband's computer. We are both pleased to once again feel confident that we can use our computers securely, and the improvement in the performance will make using them less stressful and more enjoyable. I use my computer for work so security and speed are very important.

Doug arrived on time and repaired my computer's malfunctioning hard drive, checked for viruses, and updated security on my computer. He also checked for viruses on another computer in our home on this visit. He updated settings for optimized performance of both computers. My computer is now fast again and I am feeling more secure that the computer is virus free and working at top performance.

Doug came to the house the same day I called. After working for a while in my home he took my pc to his shop. I had been the victim of a very vicious hacker. My pc history had been erased, all my pictures deleted and a radio station from across the country had been installed. Doug had to remove everything from my computer. New viruses and programs attempted access even as he worked. He was able to use retrieval software to retrieve my pictures, for which I am so grateful! He also put all the data from my old desktop on a new laptop. He installed new programs and a new browser. He was very patient in explaining everything and showing me how to use new programs. A great deal of work for a very reasonable charge. We found Doug to be honest and trustworthy, a man of integrity. I definitely recommend him.

I read the reviews for Computers 4 Less and decided to give this business a chance. Wow, am I glad I did! Doug was very nice and professional. He asked me a few questions about my computer and what it was doing. I dropped it off at his location and chatted with him for a few minutes and had this feeling that "this guy knows" what he's talking about.
A few hours later he called me and said the virus was removed. WHAT A RELIEF!!!
When another company failed to fix my computer, Doug came through and saved my computer with a lot of memories. THANK YOU.

Doug arrived on time as arranged. He is friendly and professional. He assessed the problems and repaired them on each of our computers. Both computer systems are much improved and we are most pleased. My computer was taking so long to load up that I would start it up and go tidy up the kitchen or start laundry then come back to get to work, but this morning I started it up, sat down, had a siip of coffee and it was ready to go. I was able to do everything I wanted to do on my computer today faster, more efficiently, and without fear of malware harming our computers and compromising our security. Thank you again Doug. We will most assuredly be calling him when we need any computer services in the future.

The technician is thorough and highly competent, he is quite knowledgeable and takes pride in his work. He takes the time to explain what is needed and makes recommendation as necessary. He established a working relationship and I was assured he would returned if needed. His price was reasonable and as I embrace technology I am grateful for his expertise and consideration.

I went to Doug's location (he was close by and it was faster sense I gave him short notice) when I arrived he went right to work on both my laptop and pc, both had viruses and someone hacked my e-mail. It took a few days he cleaned them up and told me how to prevent this in the future. He also replaced the hard drive on my pc (he even got a lower priced hard drive than he quoted That was Nice) He gave a lot of extra information and answered all my questions. Also let me know about computer classes that would be the best for me, and I could call with questions anytime.

HI-Tech Computer Service & Repair at a LOW cost. Dave M. (Owner) is a valuable asset for my personal/professional computers. He could have told or sold me anything but he didn't. I thought I needed a fan and I was beyond wrong. He gave me a much needed tune-up and helped me find a great deal on a power supply. If you look up traits of an Italian it will note they LOVE getting a deal and LOVE even more to share it. My Sicilian DNA has me having even stronger needs! Computer 4 Less & Angie's List has allowed me to deliciously feed my needs today.

Doug is awesome, I would recommend this company to anyone. I had called Doug and explained my situation, I had an old 2001 computer with Windows XP that was very slow and that I believed I had a virus . I wanted to update to Windows 7 and wasn't sure if I should use my old computer or get a new one. Doug explained my options and we agreed to meet on 4-25-13. I dropped off my computer and Doug and I discussed him building me a new computer with a new tower ,I already had a great monitor and keyboard and mouse. Doug suggested I also purchase an external hard drive, and he would install it when my computer was ready, and Doug advised me of a great name brand to buy.
Doug called me on 4-28-13, and told me the new tower was ready. We met on 4-30-13, and Doug tested out the computer with me, answered all my questions and installed my external hard drive and set it all up. I am very impressed with Doug and his company, his professionalism and expertise, quality of work and the fast speed of building my new tower was fantastic. I am extremely happy with the new computer, I should have done this much sooner !
