The work slowed down to almost nothing. The quality of work was very poor and substandard. The framing, floors, and walls, are not level. It was horrible work. He was bringing in unqualified workers, such as his brother-in-law, to do the work. I had to fire him from the job. He then refused to meet with me to arrange some sort of settlement or agreement on pay. It was a horrible experience. He and his workers were completely incompetent. He represented himself as having experience building houses, but he displayed no evidence of such experience in his work.
