We had seen an ad in the paper and took advantage of their sale. The salesman was helpful in our selection. The installation went smoothly. The only downside is that the filtration system is now automatic. We do not have control of that system without having their technicians to come out and do that for us.

IT WAS OK. BUYING A SPA IS A LITTLE BIT LIKE BUYING A CAR. YOU'RE NOT SURE WHAT THEY ARE TELLING YOU WHAT IT REALLY IS. FOR INSTANCE THERE ARE A LOT OF AUXILIARY EXPENSES THAT COME WITH INSTALLING A SPA THAT THEY DON'T TELL YOU ABOUT.

THEY HAVE A TURNOVER PROBLEM WITH THEIR EMPLOYEES. YOU WILL GET A GOOD ONE, AND THEN THEY WILL QUIT AND MOVE ON. SOME OF THEM ARE BETTER THAN OTHERS. SOMETIMES THEY COME OUT AND DO THINGS THAT YOU DON'T KNOW HOW MUCH IT WILL COST UNTIL IT IS DONE.
