The scheduling was very quick for the service appointment. The tech came out, diagnosed the problem quickly (heating sensor), and replaced the defective part.

As the last time, on time. Installed with grace and correctly. No problems.

Could not be fixed. Service technicians was great.

FIXED PROBLEM. BUTTON THAT WAS STICKING. JUST CHARGE LABOR OF $75.00. NO NEED FOR PARTS.

It went very well. They guy that came out has been out to my house a few times. He's very knowledgeable. He assured me that the issue, that I was having with my oven, was nothing to be concerned about. They are very personable.

My microwave stopped working completely and I was afraid I would have to buy a new one, despite the fact it was less than 2 years old.  I originally called a handy man, but he said he did not work on microwaves. The Cagle's technician came, took it down, fixed the problem and put it back up.  He was also very sweet to my dog!  I was thrilled I didn't have to  buy a new microwave because I use it daily!

Had freezer with $250 worth of food, thawing.  Serviceman replaced compressor relay in 5 minutes and was gone in 10.  ALL WITHIN 45 MINUTES OF ORIGINAL CALL FOR SERVICE to CAGLES APPLIANCE SERVICE DEPT.   Unbelievable service at what I consider an EXCELLENT PRICE, including urgent home service call, part, and labor. . And a friendly and very pleasant and professional service technician.
I have determined to BUY my next Large Appliance (Washer, Dryer, or Refrigerator) from this independent appliance store.

I was able to go home and repair my dishwasher myself.  The repair was relatively simple, and I was able to find a youtube video that explained it just as the man at the store had said.  The repair only cost me the part--which was more at this store than I'd pay online, but I got the part immediately and it came with the helpful advice I needed.  With his customer service help, I saved the cost of hiring someone to repair it for me, which would have been another $100 or so.  I am very pleased with their helpfulness and equipping me to do my own repairs.  I will definitely go to their store again for parts and advice on what I can do on my own versus hire someone for.

The service turned out really good and I have recommended them to other people. I was really pleased with his knowledge and how quick and effective he was with the work. It was great that they were able to work on this type of unit.

When the dryer in our recently purchased house died, I decided to also replace the antiquated washer.  At first I went looking a superstores - Lowe's and Home Depot - but found the service and advice lacking and the array of choices overwhelming.  In our prior community we had used a local appliance store for the service and expertise, and I wanted to find something similar here.  An internet search turned up Cagles in Ontario with great reviews.  While the selection was more limited, there were enough choices and I appreciated the candid comments about top loading low water washers.  I ended up choosing a front loading washer and matching dryer which were floor models.  They showed up to install the appliances as planned and it went quickly and smoothly.
A month later when we needed to replace the high end range, I was at first determined not to get a fancy stove.  Being happy with Cagles', my husband and I went back to see what they had.  I was leaning towards a mid price gas range when my husband, who does most of the cooking, saw the Blue Star range they had on display.  I almost refused when I asked where the self cleaning controls were and Dave, our salesman, told me there were none.  But, as he pointed out, the inside was black and wouldn't show that much dirt!  I also loved the fact that there were no electronic controls, just simple dials, that would outlast electronics. 
The range had to be ordered from the manufacturer and I was a little concerned as we did not have a functioning range.  Dave lent us his convection hot plate and that worked well.  He had offered to bring in and install a loaner stove until the new one arrived, but while I appreciated the offer, actually an amazing offer, I didn't want them to go to the trouble and the hot plate got us through. 
When the new range turned out to have a small gap between its top and the stainless steel backguard that matched the broken range, Dave offered to have made and install a small piece of stainless steel to bridge the gap, which they did at no extra charge.
Could I have found the appliances at a cheaper price somewhere else?  Possibly, but I wouldn't have gotten the great advice and superior service I got from Cagles.  I also consider the fact that they provide warranty service for everything they sell a tremendous plus.

Replaced dishwasher.  I have used them several times and they are responsible, reasonable and reliable.

We just moved to the area and needed our washer, gas dryer, and refrigerator hooked up. Our refrigerator has a water dispenser and ice cube maker. The connection for the washer had a little complication so we wanted a professional. They came out the day after we called and were able to do the job efficiently. Two technicians came and were both very professional and responsive to our needs. The pricing was extremely reasonable and we would definitely use them again.

He was very nice and did fix the problem so I was grateful for that little adjustment he made that solved the problem.

The lengthy cold spell caused the tubing to the ice maker to freeze solid.  The repairman melted/remove the ice and reconnected the water "trough".  This cost approx. $80.00, but did not fix the problem. 
We were told that the "cycle" needed to run but  ice maker did not resume working at all.   They returned the next day and determined that we needed a new valve.  This costs approx $65.00.   This did the trick ... we now have ice.
I'd use this company again ... they were very quick to return when we called to have them come back ... no extra charges for labor

I was told that my microwave was not repairable. My family had shopped at Cagles for years, so I called and asked if they had the over-the-stove microwave that I needed. They did and they came out and installed it almost immediately and very quickly. I was very satisfied.

Came home last night to a flooded kitchen. Looked on Angie's List and chose Cagle's. I called after 5pm and got someone immediately. I was asked some questions and the appt was made for the following day(today). Ernie called me to let me know he was on his way. He arrived on time and immediately got to work. I have a water dispenser that hasn't worked in years along with an ice maker that was starting to cause problems. He replaced the valve at rhe back of the fridge, cleaned out the pipes and the ice maker. Tested the equipment, put everything back, including the fridge, and was out within a half hour. It was great. I'm so thankful they were able to take care of me so quickly.
