The main contact Rick sold a good, quality product but that's about it. The expected date of delivery was 5-6 weeks. After 6 weeks we called Rick for the expected install date. No reply. Waited a few days and called again. No reply. We then sent a letter stating that if services were not performed we wanted to cancel the order. As soon as we sent this letter we got a reply and the blinds were installed within 2 weeks. These were late and the customer service was horrible and there was not followup. The blinds look great, but they took a major ordeal to get them!

Excellent service. Excellent quality and Excellent product at reasonable price. I think this is one of the few contracting companies that you can trust blindly for cost, schedule of installation ,quality and professionalism.
