Markus' expert team installed windows, core drilled concrete walls, and completely sealed my house to Passive standards. Excellent work done on budget and on time. Can't expect much more of a general contractor.

Markus met with us and we were impressed with his attention to detail. His bid was focused and very reasonable. In fact is was significantly less than a prior estimate from another contractor/architect. The old roof was removed and repairs were made to the eves and existing insulation. New insulation was added and new eve material was made to look like original. Markus takes multiple photographs of is work in progress and sends almost daily reports on progress with pictures. The Bylin Snow Melt system was added to the roof and a composite shingle roof replaced the original metal roof.

All the existing exterior windows and sliding doors were removed and replaced with Fleetwood windows and sliding doors. The quality of the windows and doors was superlative. Insulation was added wherever possible. The motorized shades were added and the gable (never constructed properly) was repaired and insulation was added.

The project came in ON TIME and UNDER BUDGET!! You can't beat that with a stick. Good contractors are difficult to find in the Tahoe/Truckee area. Mr. Burkhart has my highest recommendation. A++
