Fred Oliver has worked on the plumbing for a number of rental units I have in Santa Paula, CA for about 20 years.
He has done anything from repairing faucets to complete remodels of bathrooms to laying new water/sewer/gas lines. He has also done repairs at my own home. He is well respected with the City in regards to getting permits for the work when it is required. He is very honest and will tell the truth about what 'has to be done' or what 'should be done' or 'what will need to be done in the future'.
Fred and his employees identify themselves with uniforms including the company name. They are very respectful and courteous. They clean up after any job they have done. The phone is always answered in a timely manner and billing can be done electronically if you so desire.
They have recently expanded their service area to include not only Santa Paula, Ojai, Ventura & Camarillo, but were even willing to go to Thousands Oaks for a project we needed done there. They now also offer 24/7 service.
