After reading various reviews we cancelled our appointment with another local vendor and we're so glad we did!  Everything everyone is saying is right on point.  This company has outstanding customer service from their tech Chris to the ownership (Dan and Alex), there's no pressure and they have been very hands on for any questions or problems that have arisen.  The choice of the phone app gives us even further peace of mind with those what if moments.  Our overall impression is excellent and we've been spreading the word ever since certainly one of the best decisions we've ever made.

We interviewed three different local security companies and went with Elliot Security. Dan went over all options and his presentation was clear and concise. Their pricing was reasonable and they did not try to oversell us.   They arrived as scheduled and completed the installation within hours.  The system works flawlessly.   Dan even helped us to install video cameras that we did not purchase from Elliot.  We are very happy with our choice.

After researching alarm companies for months, I selected Ojai Alarm and am now using them for my home and business. They are very responsive, flexible, professional and very good prices.  I love the security app which notifies you if the alarm goes off and you can turn alarm on and off from smart phone.  Overall, I would highly recommend Ojai Alarm!

We really appreciated their professionalism and knowledge of the alarm system and monitoring service.  We were also impressed with their follow-up care to make sure that the system was working as promised.  The installation took about 3-4 hours.  Then they took the time to teach us how to operate the system.
