A great experience from start to finish!  Eric was immediately responsive, knowledgeable and his prices were great.  He arrived when he said he would for both the quote and the installation, worked very quickly and the result was clean-looking quality screens.  Not one complaint and would highly recommend his services to others!

he knew exactly what i described, knew what it would cost to fix it. he scheduled me in within the week, maybe because i was local.he worked around my schedule and arrived on time. efficient, professional, friendly service. what else could i ask for?

Provider came one weekend and did the measurements for the screen.  Provider came the next week and put the screen door in.  It was perfect and met all our requirements.  The provider even swept up after himself.  Very nice job. 

Overall, positive experience. We would definitely use the Screen Doctor again. The work was done in an excellent manner and very quickly. The Screen Doctor arrived at the appointment time and worked throughout the day until all window screens were repaired or replaced. Great job!

The job was done quickly and skillfully. No problems. Price was generally in line with other at home service providers.  Was able to provide an appointment sooner than all the others and a lot easier than taking the screen to the hardware store for repair.

I needed two window screens to be installed as well as repairing retractable screens.  Eric said he would not repair retractable screen, but his price for installation of two new window screens was reasonable, so I decided to hire him.  He came on time and took measurements of those windows right away.  Then he made two new screens outside the house and install them in about 30 minutes.  It was a quick, clean, and good job.  He is very nice and professional.  I would recommend him for new screen installation and repair jobs.

Window Screen Doctor were great. He came when he said he would. He did what he said he would. He charged what he said he would. We were very happy.

I called Eric and found his price was more reasonable than the other companies I had called.  He also had very good reviews on Angies list.  He did an excellent job, and the screens seem to be of very good quality.  After several months they seem to be holding up very well.

I telephoned Eric and asked for an estiamte, he asked door type and size and he provided me an instant rough estiamte.  I have a 43 inch wide front door and he relayed the rough estimate, and we coordindated a time so he could measure and provide the estimate.  He was very nice, personable and professional and we arranged to have the estiamte the next day on 5 Apr 2013.  I thought this was extremely responsive and I really appreciated the quick turn-around since the folowing day I was going to be off so it worked perfectly for my schedule.
     Eric came out on 5 April at exactly on the time he said he would arrive, and being a recently retired U.S. Marine, keeping your word and being punctual is very important and his punctuality spoke volumes to me.  He was respectful of my time and he didn't simply just say this was going to happen and he adjusted, he said it was goign to happen and it did...at the exact time and again I appreciated his respect for my time by being right on time.  He measured the front door opening, and I inquired about the types of screen.  He kindly took me outside and showed me each of the types of screening material and ultimately I decided upon the heavy duty screen which was to be added to the custom door.  He was professional and he was definitely knowledgeable, described the door, the screens, the spline, the installation and other details that let me ascertain he has been doing this a while, and that made me feel comfortable knowing I had a knowledgable person working on our home.  We again coordinated date & time to install the new custom screen door, I provided 50% of the total cost as the deposit, and Eric was on his way.  It did not take long and I was glad to ask questions and receive answers to all of them.  There were many thigns considered, which way teh door was to open, where to place the hinges, what type of closing device, screen selection, etc...all things the average person would not be aware of.
     On 13 April, Eric arrived, exactly on time again, and for those of you keeping track, every time Eric said he was going to be somewhere, he was there exactly when he said he was going to be there.  He arrived with teh door adn prior to installation had us look it over to make sure it met our expectations, the selected screen looked good and to verify how we wanted the door to open.  After that, we got out of teh way and let Eric install the door.  Minimal noise and in about an hour the
 new door was totally installed, operational, looked great and functioned perfectly.  He let us know when he was done and he described the function of the door asked if we wanted to make adjustments to the door in terms of opening and closing speed, etc and although it was adjusted perfectly, he still let us know how to amke adjustments to the door if desired in the future.  In addition, the little mess he generated from installation was cleaned up and it was as neat and tidy, like he was never there, he lfet it like he found it and had we not known, we'd be none the wiser he was even there, and I appreciated that.
     Upon completion we let him know we were satisifed, loved the new door and the installation was nice and tight and closed perfect, no slamming and fit in the door frame excellently.  It is a very high quality door and installed professionally and fits in with the rest of our home and it looks great.  For other screen doors, screen repairs or replacements I will definitely use Eric and Window Screen Doctor in the future.  We appreciate Eric's professionalism, punctuality, respect for our home and the quality job he did in our home.  It was a great experience from beginning to end.
     Last note and an update was a personalized thank You card, thanking me for my business, let me know if I ever had any questions about the newly installed door or work to give him a call and a few personalized notes from our conversation.  Eric is a classy, top shelf man, would do business with him again in the future, and I continue to recommend him highly...you will be pleased.

Eric came whenever he said he would, was always punctual, and did what he said he would, always delivered. He was easy to work with and did good work. If you need screen repair, Eric's the man. I recommend w/o any reservations, would certainly use again.

Coordinated with tenant to find a good time to come.  Came on time, called me with an estimate.  Gave me the honest opinion that one of the screen doors (the sliding screen door) did not need to be fixed which saved me $55.  Stayed true to his original estimate, did a great job in a timely fashion.  He was able to reuse my slightly bent frames which also saved me money.  I will be calling him again.

It went very well.  Nice young man who took over his father's company.  Very professional.  Worked at the home site, so the promptness equaled fast service.

Eric is very professional.  He repaired the two window screens on the spot.  We had been looking for new sliding patio screen doors.  Eric gave us a quote which we decided to go ahead with.  The custom doors were a little pricey, but worth the quality.  Eric installed the new doors, adjusted and cleaned.  He also hauled off the old doors.  Eric is very knowledgeable about his product, friendly and helpful.  Recommended!

We had just purchased our house about 6 weeks before the heat wave hit San Diego.  The high temperatures and humidity caused a sudden appearance of scorpions in the house.  I phoned Eric and asked him to replace 2 screens off the master bedroom.  However, over the weekend I discovered that many more screen frames had been bent by the painters.  I left Eric a message but was not certain he had received the update on the additional window screens.  Eric arrived Monday with additional materials.  He understood that the screen frames needed to be secure.  He graciously made time in his schedule to get all of the screens replaced and secured.

Eric showed up on time and did a great job.  Fast and courteous.  Highly recommended.

Great.  He was more concerned about cost than I was.  I saw he knew exactly what he was doing and was very generous with information.  I let him sell me what I already wanted as I had many questions to ask about manufacturer location (US) and warranty and how it the product is different.  Also wanted to know how I should care for my window screens and when they should be replaced.  He felt most of my windows were fine and he would be glad to replace them but said they are just fine and to just rince them.  The ones that had patches or other problems he quickly replaced.  
We love our sliding screen door.  The quality is so great.  It is solid, pet resistant, and rolls on bearings instead of cheap plastic.  It is exactly what we wanted.  Like I said, he was concerned I would not like the cost, but on relatively low cost items that last for years, I want the best, and it was clear this was the best.
As best he could, he repaired our beat up old door (at no cost) to last until our new door arrived.  He took measurements, then brought the door and installed it.  It fit perfect and only took a few minutes to install.  He left no mess and carried away all old materials.
He truck and appearance are very professional.  
My understanding is he learned this skill from his father a long time ago and just happens to be great at his job.
