After using them for years my wife called to complain about the recent window washing job. Her call was met with the owner screaming into the phone. The conversation ended with his statement never call me again, and then hanging up on my wife. We will be using someone else.

They are great to work with,  super quick to respond and schedule an appointment. Their work is really great as well, I'm very happy with the results. My house has a huge amount of windows and French doors and they are in and out in about an hour.

They were early. Very friendly hard working polite crew. Did a great job including cleaning the window frame rail. Explained that I had some condensation inside the pants and that the window solar film could affect clarity on Windows. Only replaced screens after showing me and getting my approval. Did their work inside keeping everything clean and moving back any furniture they moved.

The appointment was easy to set up for a specific day and time.  The crew arrived on time and proceeded with the job, being careful to not let pets out.  All 20+ windows, doors, screens, and shutters were cleaned expertly, and some were very dirty, all within 2 hours.  Crew was very professional and pleasant to work with.  The cost was very reasonable considering the scope of the job.  I highly recommend Total Perfection and will definitely use them again on a regular basic.

      I found out from others who went on my roof that areas of the gutters I had thought had been cleaned were not. Called them back, they finished the job.

They were honeset with me. They did not try to replace the screen entirely and worked with what I had. Scheduling was really easy and I was able to get an appointment right away. The screens look brand new.

Amazing.  It had been a long time since the windows were professionally cleaned.  I actually thought (and was fine with) some of the buildup on the windows I would just have to live with.  Not!  My windows look like they are factory new.  I truly was surprised at the quality of work that was done.  They were on time (actually a bit early) and did an amazing job.  Use them for your windows.

Total Perfection Cleaning was great.  It was so easy to have them come out and do the cleaning of windows and carpets at the same time.  They even replaced the torn screens on three windows. The pricing was good.  It was $200. for the carpets, $120.00 for the windows and $60.00 for three replaced window screens. They are very professional.  They even adjusted the sliding of a patio door for me at no charge.  I will use them again and again!
