Once all the parts were available, went very quickly (2 days), and professionally.

Sullivan performed outstandingly in all aspects. They came and talked to us about the system they would install on our roof. I would suggest that you talk about the pros and cons about both purchasing and leasing a system.

After several meetings we selected Sullivan to install our system. They applied for all the permits that were required except for the permission from our Homeowners Association. If you are a member of a homeowners association, check with them very early and submit a request to them very early in the process. They will most probably have some regulations about the installation.

Sullivan had a roof inspection accomplished prior to proceeding with the installation. Prior to the inspection I would suggest you investigate how old your roof is and any repairs that have been performed in the past.

 

They showed up the day after we had all the permits that allowed them to proceed and the installation was ready to go by the end of the second day except for the final testing, inspections and the permission to turn on the system from SDG&E. We turned the system on yesterday and are already receiving power from the system.

All of their personnel from the office staff to the installation team were very professional, courteous and helpful.

I wholeheartedly endorse them for a Solar Power installation for your house.

THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL IN ASSISTING US WITH A SURROUND SOUND SYSTEM IN OUR FAMILY ROOM. WE HAD INSTRUCTED THEM TO DO IT ONE WAY, BUT THEY GUIDED US TO DO IT ANOTHER WAY, WHICH WORKED OUT MUCH BETTER. THEY DID NOT PERSUADE, BUT EXPLAIN AND SUGGEST, TO OUR ADVANTAGE.
