I pay him in January for the year.  He comes once every two months, no contract needed and with the understanding that if I need him in between visits all I need to do is call.  He is amazing!  We had another service before him and the man came every month, when I called Mark over the fist time he said he did not need to come every month because he thought  every other month would work just fine.   In the two years we have had him he has needed to come out only two times in-between spraying.  I called him this morning at 8 am and he came to take care of the ants at 1 pm..  Mark is such a great fellow and he is so nice in explaining everything he is going to do.  He is good about checking everything out before he leaves.  He leaves no stone un-turned.  All around great man, with wonderful work ethics.

Mr. Schaeffer was prompt on returning my call, setting up an appointment, (which he was on time for) and explained the entire process so we could understand. He answered all our questions and let us know that he was available for any questions or concerns we may have after he left. Also offered a no cost follow up. Extremely courteous and knowledgeable and very reasonably priced. Great experience!

I have been battling ants in and out of my home for the past couple of weeks. After coming home from a long day at work I laid on my bed only to realize within minutes that my bed was covered in ants as was my wall, nightstand, and carpeting. I had a mini-meltdown and immediately reached for my phone. After doing research and calling around I came across Marks listing in the BBB online. I called him, he answered right away ( no lame phone trees) and said he could come help me out the very next day. He told me upfront over the phone it would run me $75 for the inside and outside, with that I would get a 30 day warranty. SOLD! He showed up on time, completely all the work, showed me some problem areas and left my house completely habitable (considering other places told me I would have to leave for half the day). I woke up today so ZERO ants inside my home, his treatment is working just as he promised. I will likely call back next month and have him do one more treatment just to make sure I don't ever have to deal with these little boogers again, I like that I call him......other companies tried forcing me into a year long treatment contract, no thanks!

Paul is amazing. Each time he sprays he calls and we agree on a time and date so that I can keep my cats and dog inside for 2 hrs after he sprays, so they won't get sick. Then when he comes out he takes a broom and cleans all the eaves of the entire house, all the cob webs, any debris. And then he sprays. I have a large house and he charges me $55.00 every time he comes out and that is every 2 months. Killer price for killer effort.

Mark did a great job! He returned my call the same day and came out the next. He was very professional and polite. The most important thing is that he took care of our rat problem and will come back to check and keep it under control.Mark is a great guy and he really knows what he is doing.

I hired them a couple of months ago and they are reasonable. He comes in every two months. I had a pretty extensive landscape area and they didn't charge me more for that. Their rate was fair, it was $55 every two months.

Mark Schaeffer came out the next day. He checked out the area we thought the rats were invading. He set traps and said he would return in one week to check the traps.
In one week he returned and had trapped (rat trap) a rat. He set another trap and took the dead rat with him. He would return in one week.
This process continued for three weeks and then there were no more rats, hurray.
Then Mark closed up the hole that was allowing the rats to enter our property.

Now Marks comes one every other month to spray for bugs.

Good guy, good job that none of us would do.

He was unbelievably wonderful. He’s just phenomenal. His price was absolutely the most reasonable and that’s what I liked about him. He was incredibly responsive and he came right over. He did the job then because I told him that I loved the price and to go for it. He did it and came back two more times to re-inspect and do a few more little things. I have used him on another job and I will use him forever as long as he does his work. He’s a fabulous person. He certainly knows his business. He’s extremely fair. He will call you just before coming to make sure that you are there at the site. He’s just fabulous. I would use his services again in the future.

They did a good job and no problems. They were polite and are a good company. They'll be doing a quarterly spray.

When I discovered a nest of mice in my hall closet, my regular pest company was unable to come for 3 days. Mr. Schaeffer came immediately and returned daily until we were certain the pests were gone. He came promptly each visit and checked every possible area. I was more than pleased with his service.
