Mike Schwaner has inspected my sister's house along with a friends and both were extremely satisfied. My family is moving into a house built in 1986, 3500 sq ft home and it needs a LOT of TLC and is a very spread out property on an acre of land. Although the price MAY be a little more expensive than other inspectors will charge, Mike was worth every penny for peace of mind that every nook and cranny was going to be looked at. He is EXTREMELY thorough. He arrived promptly at 8 am and worked well into the 2 o'clock hour. I would use him again in a heartbeat! He was worth the extra $100-200, especially when you consider the multitudes of unforeseen problems when buying a home and the thousands of dollars that could be spent if the inspector does not do a thorough job and misses something!
