They arrived EXACTLY on time, explained what they would be doing and then did exactly that. The serviceman was thoughtful and kind. He gave excellent follow up instructions and did a FANTASTIC job. Our tile looks new and fresh. The grout doesn't have a speck of discoloration. AMAZING! I highly recommend them! The office staff is also VERY courteous and helpful. Great experience!!

The cleaning that they did, did not remove the stains that we hired them to take care of. So, they came out a second time, which was admirable, but even after the second time I had to end up going after the stains to eliminate them myself.

They were really good. I didn't kind of pay attention to what they did but they were clean. They were a little too wet. They really honoured what they said. They were honest about the room count. I would use them again.

It was fine. They did a good job. They came out within a few days. I did not spend more than the "Big Deal" I purchased. I wasn't sure under the deal they could do all that and they did. It looks very good. It took them less than an hour. They cleaned a little more than what's that was.They did all that I expected and more.
