Cary is amazing! Our realtor referred us, and we were really impressed with how thorough and professional the inspection was. Most other companies in our area have "a la carte" pricing for services, so the cost to include inspection for pool/spa, detached granny flat, or other add-on services mount quickly. Cary charges one flat rate and thoroughly checks everything, including the crawlspace underneath the house.
The recommendations he made for repairs or further investigation were concise and professional, and the report was turned around same day.
