Under their "care", plant after plant died. Bryan always had some "not me" explanation. Right from the start, a giant 5ft succulent began dying off. They blamed age or some virus. Armstrong Nursery diagnosed over-watering. Plantscape had just installed a drip system. We turned off the water and the plant recovered. Glad I didn't listen to Bryan!! What bothered me is how quick he was to blame other causes, when the new drip system should have been the most obvious suspect. This idiocy repeated itself a dozen times over two years. They don't know ANY thing about plants - can't say when is the correct time to prune or how to prune properly. No clue. These guys are just local boys who mow lawns and they know nothing more. Under their "care" all my sweet clover was overtaken by burr clover because they didn't know the difference! The final straw was when the gardener was supposed to kill weeds in the yard and suddenly a plot of mint turned black. They denied putting weed killer on the mint. A strange coincidence?? They are killing weeds in the yard and an entire garden of mint turns black? Please! So stupid. The whole plot of mint turned black and died. (A year later it is slowly recovering.) Same time, the gardener flat out lied about coming to my property, not realizing that I was home and I know he didn't come. Elaborate lies to cover. I fired them and hired my neighbor's gardeners who quickly spotted the bur clover and many other problems. The new gardeners immediately recovered my lawn and treated my plants for "gardener's blight" (damage inflicted by gardeners.) And my new gardeners even cost LESS! Two years wasted with these people. Arghhh!

Great! Unable to get on ladder to trim top of hedge, but don't mind that. They listened to exactly what I needed and followed through. It has been tough getting previous people to understand how to care for my native plants, but they did a great job!

Bryan was a gem, brought his son to help spread new(reasonably priced) mulch and, although he missed a few things I felt should have been included in his purview, he actually called me back and made it a point to return and meet all the criteria!

Excellent. The valves were replaced and no more leaks.

It was excellent. They took care of everything! I'm going to be using them again in the near future because they did such a great job.

Bryan is trustworthy, responsive and friendly. He "tuned up" all my sprinklers for summer in addition to fixing a broken line. I have used his services multiple times as my system is about 30 years old and has reached that half-life where things need to be replaced.

It all went very well. Our yard looks 100% better. The price for all that was $187 for about 3 hours work.

Bryan did an Outstanding job! He gave us good labor and material prices. His creative plant and Hardscape suggestion were very well received by my wife. He was very prompt in communication and completion of the schedule of sections in the project. Not only I will recommend and rehire Bryan, I am now planning an additional project with Bryan.

Bryan and his son were great to work with. VERY responsive, reasonably priced (had two other bids that were more...), showed up on time (or early) and did a great job. Overall, very satisfied (in fact, our neighbor hired him on the spot for a job after seeing the work that he had done on our place).

Bryan is professional, personable, knowledgable,  and his pricing is reasonable.  All of the work went well and I have future plans to have him replace a 70' fence that blew down in the recent wind storms.  I would highly recommend him.

It went okay. They should have two people instead of one. They should have more manpower. The price was fair.

We were extremely pleased with every part of the project.  After I initially called Plantscape to inquire about their interest in offering me a bid for the project, Bryan, the owner, was prompt to come to look at our yard and meet me.  He offered a bid the next day.  I told him I was about to accept a competitor's bid, but after meeting him, and hearing about his company's work ethic and receiving a very good bid for his work, we decided to go with Plantscape.  They completed every part of the project wonderfully. They searched nurseries for the exact plants on our landscape plan, as I was very adamant that we wanted those specific plants.
Rain did delay the planting part of the project, but then we were pleased that he didn't rush and plant in soggy soil just to complete the job and get his money :)  Upon completion, he told us to contact him anytime we had any concerns with how the plants are doing or if we had any questions about the drip irrigation working properly.
We would certainly highly recommend Plantscape to others considering bids for renovating their yards from turf to drought resistant landscaping.

They did a great job.. They were professional, showed up when they said they would and completed the job in two days. Over all they went above and beyond what we expected and they are just really nice people.. We would definitely use them again and highly recommend them to others.

Response was very prompt and we were able to get some broken stations repaired quickly. The technician also fixed a longstanding problem of some other broken stations which we did not think could be fixed by joining them with another hookup. Very pleased and would use this service again.
