"Dear [Member Name Removed], I appreciate your feedback, and did follow up with your wife several times to help with the additional problems. The hosebibb replacement required things to be cleared out in your garage in order to access the piping inside the garage as needed. Our understanding was you would take care of that, and we would return and complete that work and the faucet repair at the same time. We do have a minimum charge of 1 hr., as most companies do, and always try to get as much as we can done for our clients in that time frame. "Dear [Member Name Removed], Thanks for your feedback. I'm so sorry you thought we weren't able to complete the work for you on Friday because our tech had another job to go to. That was most definitely NOT the case! We were unable to complete your work due to the contaminated saturated sewage dirt that was around the broken sewer line. We are not licensed to work in contaminated sewage soil, so as a courtesy we contacted two companies that we thought might do that type of work - and were told no. We then left another referral for you to "Little Stinker" company for you to contact as we didn't want to stay and charge for any additional time that we couldn't be doing any work. I apologize for any misunderstanding, as we would have loved to have solved the problem for you immediately, as we never like to turn business away. I have left a phone message with you as well, to see if you were able to get the problem solved, or needed additional help once the contaminated soil was removed. I have been consistently using Pipes Plumbing for the last ten years after being introduced to them by our HOA after a plumbing disaster in one of my rental units. After solving the problem for me, I hired them to do a full remodel of the unit, due to the extent of the plumbing damage.
Their quality of work, customer care, honest approach, attention to budget, timeliness, etc. was far and beyond what I had come to know working with numerous contractors. I didn't think contractors like this really existed anymore. These guys and gals are a full team of experts and quality workmen that are so very honest, you'll have a hard time working with other contractors after your experiences with them. They do much more than plumbing and should be relied upon on any job large or small.
I would personally recommend Pipes Plumbing to anyone out there looking for quality workmanship, honest pricing, attention to budget and timing - not to mention, just really good people. I rarely take the time to fill out these reviews, but felt compelled to give an excellent review to Pipes Plumbing.

It was a little challenging getting them scheduled on the second go round; they were booked for about a week out and this was not an emergency, only a minor leak.
Even though beginning to end was 2+ weeks, we are pleased with the end result.
