They were terrible. I had to take it back to them twice. It turned out they were using an after market product and you can't do that on an Apple product. They don't do quality work. I had to pay another $100 to take it somewhere else and get it fixed. The guy told me not to press so hard on the buttons. I think their price was reasonable, because it cost me the same somewhere else. They told me it would be ready at a certain time the next day and it wasn't. The guy argued with me. They could have made the product work when I got it back. I would say not to use them.

They did a fine job. I would call it average. They were very good in terms of communication. It was almost as if we needed a new computer. I just felt like they were a little bit disorganized except for their communication. Their communication was fantastic. I ended up not being able to use the computer in the end. I remembered not believing that it was too expensive. They were fairly priced. I thought they were fair. Nothing stood out. They were very good at communicating.
