Panoramic Doors

Stay far away from these doors and this company!! We have five separate door systems that were installed in 2012 and they have been nothing but a nightmare! We have had multiple problems with the door systems only to get the complete run around by all involved with this company. Their lack of communication and lack of follow-through is standard operating procedure for this company and all their employees. We are utterly disgusted by the lack of communication and support shown by Panoramic Doors. We have been patient with every issue we’ve had, but they continue to just send technicians to measure and remeasure, they then promise resolution – and no resolution comes. We’ve had – and currently have – multiple doors come off the pin, falling to the floor, and threatening to crush our children. The doors do not slide due to faulty wheels that they knowingly installed – and then refuse to support. There is clearly a design or manufacturing flaw with these doors and nothing is being done to fix any of these issues. Panoramic Doors is a complete sham of a company. Stay far away!!
