On at least 2 occasions, they went through 2 rental houses in Temecula and repaired and/or replaced whatever screens were damaged or missing. Patio doors-sliding style doors. They cleaned the heck out of 4 patio screen doors and their rails at the bottoms. They were filthy. He also cleaned and replaced the rollers at the bottom of screen doors. Now they run/slide great.
I will use them again. I found 2 visits. I don't want to look up the rest.

The sliding doors-mostly the heavy glass sliders would not slide .The bottom rails were filthy with 25 years of accumulated dirt. The screens just needed rollers and to be adjusted right. The heavy sliding doors--2 of them--involved a lot of labor for him.
He, Daniel, was great. Very squared away and professional. Very satisfied.
sag a bit which made construction of a new screen a challenge. It is
now like a new door and slides easiely. Arrived on time for estimate.
In about a week they returned and installed the new screen door. It
works great now.
