It comes up like to a beaten  switch situation because they quoted me a hundred and ninety five dollar which I thought was outrageous and then they said that the work was not guaranteed unless I had my pressure valve replaced so long story short four hundred and ninety five dollars later.

He wrote down that this pressure valve he would discounted it  three hundred and see at the time I was under pressure I live alone and I said oh you know and he was talking about what would happen if you have too much water pressure and I was kind of like a sitting duck after ward that's how I felt but I would not call them again, I feel like I was ripped off because I called for a one service and it's like going to the mechanic for lets say to check the brakes so by time you leave your brakes your shocks everything was bad so I really felt ripped off.

When you get ripped off at the time your afraid to tell anybody about it cause you feel like a fool, I didn't tell, who am I going to tell, really, I paid the darn bill but I got the repair done and I also got this pressure valve whether I needed it or not.

It had been about $180 to snake. Told me the toilet valve would be $100. Then when I paid bill, he said no it was $125. Felt as though I had been taken. 2 days later, sewer back up again.

The guy did a great job. Very professional and courteous. North County was able to send someone out right away, which is important when you have a leaky pipe. They also recommended a drywall guy who did a seamless patch job in the ceiling.

I called North County Plumbing at 2:00 with a clogged toilet and they were able to get a plumber for me by 3:00. I was
stressed out since I was having friends over and really needed my plumbing to be in working order before they arrived. Ramon exceeded my expectations by fixing my problem before my friends arrived. He also went out of his way to fix my new faucet drain that the last plumber didn't install correctly without any charge. Thank you Ramon with North County Plumbing!

North County Plumbing sent out a technician to unclog a patio drain that had caused our patio to flood from a bad rain storm.  The technician looked at the drain setup, went over pricing, and let me know honestly how long he should spend trying to unclog the drain before cost outweighed benefit. He worked quickly despite the pouring rain and was able to open the drain in 45 minutes. He explained to me what the problem was, how he fixed it, and how to prevent it in the future. Great customer service.

I used this company once before for a new water heater at my rental property.

I tried again last week after my Thanksgiving dinner broke my garbage disposal. We received exceptional care, yes they ran late but I imagine all plumbers did that day and they did call to warn us that they were swamped. Ramon explained to me that there was a shift in management and there was all new plumbers. This was delightful as Ramon had a very positive attitude and did his best to get in and out without disturbing our guests too much. I wasn't gouged when it came time to pay and it left our party talking about how professional the entire situation went.

North County plumbing were great they went to my house as scheduled. Called when they arrived and stayed in communication with me as they diagnosed the problem. The shower pan in my upstairs bathroom had been leaking and needed to be replaced this meant it also needed a new drain.



They worked with me to find the most effective and economical way to fix it.







In the end I went with the more costly approach as I felt confident that they were recommending the best thing for my house and specific solution to my problem.







I would use them again in  heartbeat.

I found water running down one of my interior walls and called North County Plumbing.  They said they could get to my house within a couple hours and arrived as promised. The plumber went into the attic and in about 10 minutes found the leak. He told me there was a pin leak in one of the pipe joints and it would be $350 to fix it. I approved the work. The work took him about 15 minutes. After he left my bathrooms sinks were not working correctly.  I am calling another plumber to look at the sinks because I figure North County charges about $600 an hour.

I woke up at 3am to a loud noise in my garage, after opening the door and standing in a huge puddle of water I realized that my water heater had exploded and leaked all over the garage floor. I called North County Plumbing and was immediately called back by Jesse. He was at my door by 4:15am. Jesse was the THE most professional guy I have ever had to deal with in an emergency situation like this. He reassured me that it was just the water heater and he could have it swapped out in 2-3 hours. I authorized him to do the repairs as I knew that the price was reasonable for being 4am, by 7am he was done and I wasn't even late to work. I would recommend this organization to anyone that told me they needed a plumber. At 9am Deanna from North County Plumbing called me to make sure the job went well and emailed me my invoice within minutes. This outfit is on top of their game and very knowledgable. I would use them again and again.

I called North County Plumbing as I saw them on the internet. He was very professional. He came and fixed the problem and recommended a company that could provide demolition work. North County Plumbing did fix the plumbing and did a good job. They recommended a company that did the demolish and the drying work and I did use them for that. They also recommended a company for the rebuild and they estimated a very large amount for the work. The guy at North County Plumbing did a good job and was professional but I did not like the companies they recommended as they were trying to charge too much money for the work.

The plumber quoted me $775 and I thought the price was outrageous but I was up against a deadline as the range was being delivered that afternoon and the plumber said it was going to be  a lot of work.   I have a crawl space under my house, but you don't need to crawl; there is enough room to walk a little hunched over.  He used probably 6 inches of gas line, a couple of fittings, a shut-off valve, and a flex line to the oven.  I would estimate the materials cost no more than $50.  He worked for a little less than three hours which put his hourly rate at about $240 per hour.  When my husband called the company to complain, the manager was hostile.  I would never, ever do business with this company again.

North County Plumbing was to be at house on October 28 to flush and replace rod in hot water heater.  Appt was made on Oct 24.  Unable to do work on day scheduled - couldn't find a rod.  Re-scheduled for Nov 4 but on October 31 the water heater began leaking and had to be replaced the following day.  Charge for labor = $360.  The tank was under warranty.  Same company replaced the tank 3 1/2 years previously and the total charge was $837.  I am outraged that the charge was that much - never use them again.

The plumber arrived within 3 hours of my call. Initial service required: re-attach water hose under kitchen sink to the faucet sprayer above.Also, fix faucet sprayer hose that continued to bind within the column, causing abrasions on the hose. In addition, under the sink, rusted specks fell from the corroded faucet mechanism above. He could not repair, as installation had been done incorrectly before, resulting in hose damage and rusting. Plumber recommended installation of a new faucet. While I drove over to Home Depot to purchase a new faucet, he serviced another call in the area. He returned shortly and installed the new faucet to my complete satisfaction. Plumber worked for at least 3 hours, explaining everything to me about the damaged faucet and why it was a good idea to install a completely new one: A new hose would no longer bind when pulled out of the column, no more rust would result from the damaged rings of the old faucet, and the new faucet would function better and last longer because it was installed correctly. For all that service, I paid for only a service call plus installation, for a a total of $160. I was so impressed by his competence, courteous manner, and more than reasonable cost, I forgot to ask for the 10% senior discount that the company offered through Angie's List! If I had remembered about the discount, I would have chosen not to ask for it, since I was so pleased with his work.

I called company on Wednesday afternoon and they came out on Thursday morning. The company was willing to come same day, but it was not an emergency situation for us. The appointment scheduler was very pleasant and pointed us to a coupon on their website that we could use. The installers arrived on time and were very good. They left the work area clean. Water heater is working great.

WE'VE USED THIS COMPANY SEVERAL TIMES. THEIR PLUMBERS TEND TO BE VERY COMPETENT, AND ABLE TO SOLVE PROBLEMS OTHER PLUMBERS CAN'T SEEM TO FIX. THEY ARE PUNCTUAL, AND PLEASANT. HOWEVER, I'VE ALWAYS USED THEM UNDER A HOUSEHOLD INSURANCE POLICY BEFORE, AND ONLY HAD TO PAY A FIXED SERVICE FEE SO WAS TAKEN ABACK THIS TIME (A JOB NOT COVERED BY INSURANCE) AT HOW MUCH THEY CHARGED.

THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. WE APPRECIATED ALL THE EXTRA EFFORT TO TRY TO SAVE THE LAUNDRY ROOM CABINETS. THEY ALSO CLEANED OUT SOME OUTSIDE DRAINS FOR US BECAUSE OF THE RAINS. VERY HARD WORKERS. VERY RESPONSIVE, SINCE IT WAS AN EMERGENCY. THIS IS THE 2ND TIME I'VE USED THEM.
