Mike and his guys are awesome. This time we put a stereo and speakers and sub in my 1964 VW. This was a subtle job using the glove box for the stereo (so it wouldn't show) and a back panel for the speakers and sub. Great work as always. Previously I've used Mike for a several thousand dollar job for my convertible. For this he used state of the art sub, power amps and digital audio as well as soundproofing the doors and trunk for improved performance. There are a lot of places that will charge crazy money for high end cars - and a lot of places that will do a cheap quick job. North County Mobile sits perfectly in the middle - where I want to be. High end quality but with an eye on your budget and limitations. They can get fancy or they can keep it simple. Best of all Mike's 20 plus years of experience and his talented crew will steer you right way and you'll never go back to factory installed stereos again!

Good price on the stereo, and installation. They paired the stereo with my cell phone via blue tooth. I also used them to install a alarm on my truck years ago. They are good guys.

The work turned out very good and they did a great job. Everything was nice and neat, worked good and the windows looked good. I did not shop around a lot, but their price was within the ballpark of what I was looking for.
Description of Work: I used North County Mobile Electronics to tint five auto windows and also to put in a direct line for my iPhone so I can listen to music.

Diagnosed and fixed in 20 minutes after carefully working the dash. Very competent tech and ownership. I'll go back and recommend.

It went great. Mike knows his business. This was a smaller job, I have also had him put in a several thousand dollar system in my newer car. There are a lot of cheap places to get stereo work done, and some very high end places. Mike is in the middle with a great range of product to fit your budget and he'll make the right choices to fit your budget and listen to your needs. I've been going to the shop for 10 years and done work with three cars. I can't say enough good things about Mike and his guys.
Description of Work: Had a stereo put into and old volkswagon. I had the stereo, but bought the speakers from Mike, I also bought an antenna and cable for the ipod.
