Musick Construction

We worked with Kyle in the past and were very satisfied. However this last time we need to have a leaking window replaced. He came over with a helper and in a few short minutes knocked a hole in the wall, broke out a piece of irreplaceable mounding, and ripped out a chunk of the carpet pad and then said we needed to have fans and a dehumidifier run for 3 days. There was no mention of costs, the floor by the window was barely damp so we were stunned by a bill for $1000 to dry the carpet and wall when a regular house fan would have done the job. We were still willing to work with Kyle but requested an estimate before he started so we could check if we were getting a good price. We called around and decided to go with Musick Construction but once they received the $1000 check for the drying work. They said they were too busy to do our project leaving us with damaged drywall, mounding and carpet to replace.

Kyle is the owner of Musick Construction and he came to our house to install a Whole House Fan. Turned out a circuit board was defective on the fan I had bought online. He worked with the supplier on the phone and had the supplier ship a replacement board which he installed.
The job was done professionally and the cost of his labor was reasonable considering the problem he encountered which was not caused by him. I have used Musick Constuction on more than one job (drywall, flooring, ceiling fans, etc.) and every job was done professionally and on time. Highly recommend Musick Construction.

Kyle is a meticulous and clever professional. His work is exceptional. He is also very helpful in a general sense, offering advice and counsel regarding construction projects. He has referred us to other contractors who share his work ethic. The referrals have been very helpful as we continue with renovations in our yard.

In addition to the quality of his work, Kyle accommodates our schedule, he leaves the work area tidy at the end of the day, and his rates are reasonable. We would definitely recommend him to others.
