They are always too high. I can't give them an F on pricing. I am not qualified to say what their costs are. I don't know how badly I am being gouged. Most of the things that you mentioned, they are very good at. They do not ignore me nor would I permit that. I've had to return for service that they didn't quite get right. Something that I would say maybe was a little bit careless but nothing beyond that. That is the only reason I am giving them a B.

I took my Nissan to Mossy based on proximity to my house despite extremely bad reviews on google maps. I'm glad I did, they were able to see me right away, fix a problem not covered under warranty for minimal expense, provide low rates for a rental vehicle and detail my car at very reasonable prices. The service advisor Mark was great and attentive. One of the better Nissan dealerships I've used.

The place is very neat and clean. I know Carlos since 2001 when I bought my car and if there is something wrong with my car or even for an oil change I have the habit of going to him as if he is a doctor. I will continue to use this facility in the future.
