Midas Speedee Auto Service Center

The heater core in our Buick LaSabre dissolved and needed to be replaced. We took the car to Midas to get a quote and decided to let them repair it.
When we went to pickup the car they showed us that the heater was working, however, the next day it was only blowing out normal air - not heated air. So we took the car back in. They checked all the vents and showed us it was working but again on the way home the air stopped being hot and we had to bring it back. This was a mystery why did it run hot air in the shop and not after driving around.  It was a complicated problem with multiple vents, motors, ducts, etc. 
This was just before Christmas and the manager, George, said, "Bring it in the day after Christmas and I will get to the bottom of it."
He went on to say that it was now personal for him that he would stick to it until the mystery was solved.  He was going to have a specialist go over the vents, motors and ducts again plus do a back flush. George was always courteous, kept us informed and with good humor kept exploring until the heater was repaired.
This repair was not inexpensive and George and his team without further labor charges made sure we were satisfied customers.
