Excellent job!

It was Mercedes and a helper for 3 hours of cleaning. They did an excellent job. When I asked them to clean the windows they actually removed the pane to clean it. To me that steps up the quality from a and quot;Cand quot; to an and quot;Aand quot; class service as most cleaners won't bother to do that.
Overall excellent and will use her again!

It is run by an individual. She charges by the hour and does some extra things every week. She is very pleasant and speaks very good English.

Mercedes still does move-in and move-out cleaning. She and her husband Octavio cleaned a townhome we recently purchased. I told her to let me know what she didn't want to clean and I would do that, but she said she would do it all. She charged $160 for the general cleaning and $6 for each window which totaled $220. Overall, I was very pleased with her work. The only complaint I have is she forgot to clean one window in the garage, and didn't vacuum the dust from the top of the kitchen cabinets which don't go to the ceiling. However, I don't blame her for that because we didn't think to tell her to vacuum the top of the cabinets (I'm sure she would have if we had thought to bring it to her attention) and we didn't think about the garage window when she was finished. If I ever need move-in or move-out cleaning again, I will definitely call her.

I had one cleaning service and the results were better than most other services we have had clean in the past. We already have had them complete the second cleaning and plan to continue with this service.

Mercedes came over on a Wednesday to look at the house then came over with her assistant to do the work two days later. Both ladies were very nice and worked really hard the whole time. I would be totally comfortable hiring them again any time.

Mercedes came with a helper about ten minutes early to discuss the work to be done; she needed no further supervision. The two worked hard for three hours leaving the mostly unfurnished house move in ready. I was especially impressed with the condition of the shower stall which required bleach and strong cleaners to remove black mould from the tiles and grout. Before leaving she asked me to look over the house to see if they had missed anything, they hadn't. Mercedes charged far less then an advertised company; she is friendly, intelligent and competent. I would not hesitate recommending her to a friend.

We found them on Angie's List. We were satisfied with them. It was the final housecleaning after all the handyman work was done. Then the house cleaner came in and cleaned. I paid her about $150. The work done by her was fine. She was on time. We were there shortly after she had arrived. She did a good job. It took probably 4 hours for her to do the job. You can probably get someone cheaper, but I don't know if they would do a good job. She was very professional. In fact, we would probably use her again on our second property.

This is the 2nd or 3rd time that my wife and I have used Mercedes. She answers her calls or returns them promptly. She speaks fluent English. She brings and uses all her own supplies. We have left her alone to do her thing and when we return to the house everything is cleaned. It's pretty cool. She even cleans the trash cans! She does quality work and charges a fair price. She is not "cheap" but she is fair. My wife is satisfied with Mercedes work. I recommend her services.

Mercedes and her sister cleaned my 2 story 2400 sq ft home in 4 hours. They bring their own supplies, but would be willing to use any products or appliances of mine at my request. I was very happy with the work she did.

The overall experience was positive. Mercedes called back to ensure that the job was done to customer's satisfaction.

She did an outstanding job! I am a picky person and could find nothing that I wasn't happy with.
