What a wonderful experience!   I have never had my windows cleaned professionally before and now I am a convert.  Jacques Domercq provides over the phone quotes and is super polite.  I am having guests soon and he was able to squeeze me in before they are due to  arrive. The price is per window pane and includes the glass inside and out and he also scrubs and rinses the screens.      There is no additional charge for second story windows or for sliding glass doors or extra large windows.  I have a garden window and that was only $15 more.  Super value for the money and he did a better job than I have ever done.  The windows have never been this clean!! Jacques uses a non-toxic biodegradable cleaner that was safe for my tinted windows.  He even let me know that there was evidence of termites under my second floor window.  I would not hesitate to recommend Lucid to anyone looking for fast and super professional window cleaners.
