Light Duty Electrical
About us
I am a small one man shop. As the contractor I deal directly with the customer. I basically do small service type work. Ocassionally when I need help I use reputable subcontractors. I am licensed, bonded and insured. My license number is 938154. I have only been a contractor since late 2009, but I have 29 years in the electrical trade. I am IBEW trained, and have worked in the SanDiego local 569 for 10 years. I also have run service trucks back in the late 1980's. My minimun fee is 100.00. On trouble shooting work my fee is 60.00 per hour + any material needed. Other jobs are priced per bid. Angies list members may get a 5% referral fee or up to 50.00 for referring customers. I work one on one with customer. Iam not sending some kid or apprentice out to the job. I am the one doing the work, if it requires addtional help they will be either other electrical contractors, or if an apprentice under my supervision. I guarantee my work, if something does not work properly then I will troubleshoot and repair at no further cost to the customer. I also do work according to the local and national codes. If I can't do it correctly then i don't do it at all. I do not do mickey mouse work. I take care of the customer's home or business. I do not do patch work if needed, but refer it to others who specialize in that area. I am trained to be an electrician, therefore it is better for the customer if an expert in that field be used who can do the job professionally and efficiently. If you wnat the job done right the call LIGHT DUTY ELECTRIC, we will get the lights on for you!
