We are a full service leak detection and water damage restoration company. We specialize in slab leaks, gas leaks, water leaks, irrigation leaks, pool leaks and mold and water damage. We will locate your water leak using the most advanced detection equipment available and then make the needed repairs. If you have sustained water, mold or sewage damage we are qualified to help you clean up and get things dried out quickly. If mold is an issue, we use containment fields to prevent mold spores from spreading through your home. Having water damage happen to your home is very unsettling. Our friendly and qualified staff will be there to help you from the moment we enter your home all the way through working with your insurance company. "I can understand the frustration you must have been feeling on the day our technician came to your home to locate a plumbing leak. We would have loved to have been able to help you resolve your problem. We appreciate your feedback and will re-evaluate how we may be able to better handle situations like this in the future. Having satisfied customers is always our priority and it is important to us that our technicians are respectful of every home they enter. Your carpet was wet and there was already some mud inside of your home. It appeared as if your home had been flooded by the torrential rains we experienced in the 2 days before to our arrival at your home on the 8th making it difficult to not track what was already there around. We specialize in locating plumbing leaks. Our technician spent close to 2 hours looking for a plumbing leak. He was unable to locate any sort of "plumbing related leak" in your home. The water inside of your home was not plumbing related. We offered to help clean up the mud and dry out your home. Understandably you wanted to speak with your insurance company first. That was the last time we heard from you. You never expressed any dis-satisfaction at the time or even later in order for us to try an remedy the matter. When we left, we fully expected to hear back from you as that is how the visit ended. Once again we apologize, we do have a satisfaction guarantee. Your satisfaction is important to us.
