Fantastic experience from start to the end. I would give 1000 stars if they let me! They are that good. Kyle and everyone I spoke and worked with during the process are awesome! Kyle the owner is so kind, professional and has great sense of humor. The price is the best, too! I cant tell you how much details Kyle is taken into consideration when measuring and deciding which showr doors would be the best for the bathroom. I really appreciated that he spent extra time on designing the shower door for my master bathroom. It is an unique one and everyone I show to is impressed so much! Because our window is so old, after the safety glass is installed, the window cant open smoothly due to the weak spring system the window had. Kyle really took care of it. I mean seriously we all know how hard to get a contractor to come back to fix anything after we pay, right? No, not with this company. Christine called me to schedule before I ever followed up the issue. We are extremely happy with their company and highly recommend them to everyone!

Kyle came out on time, estimated the repair, and then replaced the mirror. When his team had a problem, he fixed it at no cost to us. He was courteous and professional and we would recommend him highly!

He and his office were very easy to work with. I received an email quote the next day, signed it, and work was scheduled in two weeks. He came out and quickly and efficiently completed the job. Would definitely use again. Separately, he provided the most competitive quote on a rental property we're looking to retro-fit windows for.

We had an old, crumbling-hardware. water-stained glass shower stall, Every time we opened the shower door the metal handle fell off. Finally decided to do something about it. Called Kyle's Glass & Kyle came to measure (and talk:-) Guess Kyle did more talking than measuring b/c when Sean and Darryl (?) brought the replacement to our home it was nearly 8 ft tall! Reordered with Sean's correct measurements and when shower stall came this time, it fit perfectly. Sean had to put more clear sealant on the bottom to stop leaks (water was escaping via the tile grout). But the shower stall with its gleaming new hardware is beautiful and worth the $$ we paid for it, All the staff is friendly & professional, including Traci the office mgr. Definitely recommend Kyles Glass.

It worked out great. He was a friendly and informative person. He wasn't put off by the fact that I had to change our appointment so much. The work was good. Everything was good. They were friendly and professional.

Kyle was very prompt in coming in to give an estimate. He was very competitively priced. The
turnaround time for the job was less than 1 week!
His guys who came in to install the glass were also very helpful with information on a glass patio door I was looking to replace and a small bathroom window, without seeming to make a sell.

Kyle and Sean came to give an estimate on the work I needed. They made great suggestions and seemed to know both what I wanted and what would look great. They were also very complimentary on the work done on the windows of my new older home, which was very reassuring. They were responsive and came right on time.
Sean and his assistant Darryl came back about a week later to install the glass and did a great job. They arrived on time and set right to work. They were very professional and friendly, and I felt comfortable having them in my home. Sean did a few little touch up things for me (fixed a window, put missing plugs in the bottom of the slider and opened a hard to reach window and put on the screen. All in in all a fantastic experience and the shower and tub look great.

Two thumbs up. Kyle was the first to answer my inquiry on Angie's list. His quotes were reasonable, he was extremely professional, and very prompt. Appreciated the fact that he is willing to work on Saturdays. Exemplary work. Will definitely use his services again. installed two frameless glass showers for our master and guest bathrooms.

Kyle was very informative and helpful. There was mix up with measurements which delayed the install, and a crack in one mirror that was installed and replaced. Kyle took care of everything in the end. I would use them again.

I found him through Angie’s List. He was very good and I liked him a lot. He was willing to work with me. He was very flexible. I didn’t like one of the guys that he called in just to do some drywall fixing up. He had to rewire under the window because I have outlets on both sides of the door.

"member thanks for the review, we appreciate it and the work. the drywall / paint sub contractor we referred to you and you didn't like was never used again after your project I know you had a money disagreement with him a week or so after your project I found out another one of my clients had hired him on the side to do some interior painting after he had done some small paint touch ups for me in her house she loved him when he was working for me once she hired him they also had a disagreement about money and so he will never be used or referred by us again. I think he was underbidding jobs then asking for more money once he noticed he screwed up, I have underbid jobs before and I eat the loss every time its not my customers problem if I mess up a bid I believe the only time a contractor should ask for more money is if something is changed during the project ( scope of work) or an unforeseen problem is uncovered that the contractor had no way or no reason to expect. Any other reason I think is dishonesty which I will not tolerate in my operation or within my subs operations. Integrity is the foundation of this whole company ive been fortunate enough to build it will be reflected in myself , my helpers and when need any subs we will use or refer for trades we don't do such as paint, stucco or electrical"
