well... they were prompt and professional and respectful of the tenants. they gave me a bid and stuck to it.

For an extra fee, the company will come out to your house to remove the screens and then place the screens back in the window casing. My husband is very handy around the house, so he decided to remove & replace the screens by himself. He dropped the screens off on Monday at 9 a.m. and the 19 screens were ready by 10 a.m. the next day. I don't know if this is a typical turn around, but we were surprised to get the screens back the next day.
