They are honest and fair and they always check with you first before fixing anything out of ordinary. I think the worker are very professional. I like the fact that they give you a loaner vehicle when you need one.
We also had one of the Mercedes in he did a safety check, changed the oil & has ordered parts to repair the A/C.
On my first visit, Jorge found that a problem I had been having was due to a cheap alternator which was failing intermittently. So, he replaced the alternator. I had gone to the dealer and another repair shop that I trusted. Neither was able to pinpoint the intermittent problem I had starting my car.
He knows my car when I take it there and he knows me. I always know that I can trust him to tell me the truth about my car and give me a great price. I don't think I would be able to keep this car without Jorge. He is like a hidden treasure -- tiny shop but always busy.
The price depends on what we are doing. Sometimes I come in there and it's 20 dollars and sometimes its free. The air conditioner was not cheap as it was a hard job and he fixed it for me, while the dealer couldn't fix it. It turned out the fan was blowing the wrong way.
Jorge found this out plus he went through the trouble to find parts for this old car.
