He is listed as a certain amount per hour on AL. When he was out to my house he stated he had to raise his prices to $100 min per hour. It is not listed this way on AL so I wasn't too impressed with this. I have tried to hire him for simple Handyman work however he is slow to answer and very very hard to schedule with. Once you get him, if you can, he does good work. I will not be contacting him in the future as it feels like he is doing you a favor if he makes time to come out.

JD was easy to reach and fortunately had an opening the next day. You can tell from the calls he received while on our job that he is very busy. Arrived on time, did all the jobs efficiently (including going to Home Depot for a needed part). Very pleased with the results and his reasonable rates. We now have a reliable handyman to call for future projects.

Everything went very well. JD finished the pergola on time and on budget, and it looks great. He's meticulous, thorough, pays attention to details, and a very hard worker.

Work was performed well. He was on time and finished within the time he quoted. I bought the new faucet and I was going to replace it on my own but didn't have the right tool to remove the old lines. He had it out in a few minutes and the new faucet went it without a hitch! He even showed me how to do it so I could do it on my own if there's a next time!

It was great work from a great guy.

JD did a great job. We needed a bunch of ceramic and metal decorations hung on exterior stucco and concrete walls, as well as a couple plaques hung on the interior walls. JD provided the necessary hardware and even stayed a little over the time until everything on the list was completed. He is really easy to work with and made sure things were done the way we wanted, and were done right the first time. We definitely got our money's worth for the two-hour deal.

JD is an absolute professional in every way possible. He has extensive experience on just about any job you may need tackled in your house. His rate of $50 per hour is very reasonable given his experience and high quality work. He arrived on the site intending to install 3 fans but ended up assisting in several other jobs. In addition to being great at his job, he is a great person who makes for good conversation. I felt comfortable leaving JD alone in my house twice while I ran an errand and he was very welcoming to my dog. We will be using JD again in the future. Highly recommend!!!

JD's was quick to respond and schedule. And he did more than I requested by cleaning out my rain gutters too! His work was excellent and he worked quickly to get the job done. We will definitely call him out again for our other jobs that we don't seem to have time to get to.
