Hume were punctual and it took them several days to put out the termite report because according to them a general contractor was needed to evaluate the damage. They came back with a proposal that amounted to $43,000 which was very suspiscious. We had two other termite companies evaluate the damage and both of them came fairly close to $10,000. Hume was obviously trying to make a big project out of it. We ended up using The Bugman which turned out to be a very professional organization.

Mike was prompt and very thorough, even assessing areas in our attic
that are typically very difficult to access due to our home design.

They are expensive but they come and they stand by there work. I have been using them for 2 years at my home to get rid of some termites and they keep coming back to preventative maintenance.

They tell me what I need to do and could do. There is zero pressure to buy. I'm impressed with their customer service and knowledge. I chose them over several companies because they struck me as the best. I will definitely use them again to do work.
