Susan did an Excellent job cleaning our home. She gets the job done, and is very professional. I highly recommend Home Maid Housekeeping for all of your cleaning needs.

Myrna the housekeeper showed up on time and ready to work. She was polite and asked questions, conversation was limited given her limited english. We seemed to work well together as I was home at the time of her services. We, my husband and I, were happy with her work (despite the increased cost and 7 1/2 hours of time). Unfortunately, we found one of our laptops broken.
After Myrna left, we noticed that the laptop was sitting upside down, found the lid was bent, and assumed it dropped from the top of our dresser, hitting the dresser on the way down. ( the dresser is chipped) My husband who had returned from work did here a loud thumo and went upstaris to investigate and verufy that myrna was okay. I spoke with Jenifer Wagner and she was indifferent to our claim. She was insistent that Myrna would have said something if she had deopped it. After speaking to Myrna, Jennifer told me that she believed Myrna, that she did not drop the laptop, and that was the end of that. She cashed our check and we have not heard anything since. Disheartrning for us to say the least. We have since learned the laptop no longer works. We were quoted 4 1/2 Hours and $99.00

"I am disappointed to read that Member is accusing Mayra of damaged her computer. We had two conversations by phone and we both agreed on the last phone call that no one will ever know if Mayra was the one who damage the computer because we did not see her do it. Mayra said she did not damage the computer and I have a 5 year clean track record with Mayra with no problems. Member ended the conversation saying she will contact me if she wants to resume services with Mayra again. Member told me on the phone she was extremely happy with Mayra's work. As for the hours worked in her home; I tell all customers by phone when they book that the hours are an estimated amount of time. All jobs are quoted by the man hour. It could take longer or less time depending on what is involved with each job. Member was very aware of this. Mayra can speak English. I do not speak any Spanish and do just fine communicating with Mayra. It may have been Mayra's strong accent that was keeping them from communicating well."

NOTHING BUT IMPRESSIVE!! JENNIFER OWNS THIS COMPANY AND I'VE UTILIZED IT MANY TIMES, WITH A FEW BREAKS FOR VACATIONS AND HEALTH ISSUES, AND AM CONTINUALLY AMAZED. THEY DO ALL WORK, FROM BASEBOARDS, TO OVENS TO REFRIGERATORS. AND IT'S ALL INCLUDED. THEY GIVE HOURLY DISCOUNTS BASED ON HOW MANY TIMES YOU BOOK PER MONTH. COURTEOUS AND PUNCTUAL, THEY BRING ALL THEIR OWN EQUIPMENT, BUT IF YOU HAVE A PREFERENCE, THEY WILL ACCOMMODATE. FROM THE OWNER TO THE WORKERS, YOU CAN TELL THAT THE STAFF IS INVESTED IN OUTSTANDING PERFORMANCE (AND FOR THE RIGHT PRICE!) MY OVEN AND REFRIGERATOR ALWAYS LOOK FACTORY SHIPPED AFTER SHE LEAVES!! AND, AS AN ADDED PLUS, SHE LOVES MY GREAT DANES!!!
