I had such a bad experience with Gordon Grant of GR Grant Electrical today, I feel compelled to write a review to warn other Angies list members about him. Without going into the long details, he was not accommodating at all to my schedule. I told him I was available on Mondays, Fridays and Tuesday afternoons. It didn't matter to me how far out it had to be scheduled, but it had to be during a time that would work for me. After 4 or 5 phone calls (because he kept saying he had to check his schedule and figure something out), he continued to suggest times on Wednesdays and Thursdays. He even actually had the nerve to try to give me parenting tips because I had mentioned that I have two kids and would prefer a morning appointment to avoid their naptime. He is an electrician that doesn't know me from Jane on the street and I feel he completely crossed the line when he started to let me know how he thought I should handle my kids schedule. I was trying to be nice, but when he gave me his final time proposal of TUESDAY MORNING (which I said I could not do previously), and I reiterated that I could not do that day/time, he told ME I was just being difficult and he was going to tell the insurance agency and he hung up on me! I actually called him back because I was so offended to let him know I was unimpressed by his lack of professionalism. So, this is just a warning, unless you work around his schedule, prepare to be treated poorly. I would never recommend a contractor with such little respect for others.
Description of Work: My home warranty company submitted my electrical claim to him to fix some issues we are having with some plugs.
