They send a person to my house to fix my computer but not fix all the problem that I written down.

They have got a great showroom. The people there are very helpful and provides excellent customer service. They are quick, you go in and somebody will be there to talk to you.

The sales clerk didn't know much about laptops other than to tell me that the more expensive ones were better than the cheaper one. Duh! Most of his time was spent discouraging me from looking at the cheaper ones and trying to get me to look at more expensive ones. Once I selected what I wanted, he moved on to trying to get me to buy an extended warranty. When I said I was not interested, he became somewhat sarcastic and acted like I was making a big mistake. I was offended by the extreme disinterest in what I wanted and that his only concern was to get me to spend more money. Once I made my purchase, he was unable to give me a receipt. I waited while he went to get it from another part of the store. After what seemed like a very long while I finally went looking for him. I saw him in a back room chatting with someone so I waited just outside. Finally, another clerk asked if I had been helped. He went and got the salesman to come back out. I will never shop at that store again.

Excellent. The goods are upscale, so price was high, but not higher than other providers of the same models. By taking a dryer another buyer had returned (he needed electric, not gas) I got a significant discount on the dryer. Installation was timely and efficient. They gave me a two-hour window and arrived near the beginning of it, cutting my waiting time significantly. SDG&E inspector approved the installation of the gas dryer -- Haven't used them yet, but barring equipment defects, my experience was as good as one could hope.

THE PURCHASE TRANSACTION WENT VERY SMOOTHLY. I WENT IN NEED OF A NEW APPLIANCE AND KNOWING WHAT I WANTED TO BUY. THE SALESPERSON INFORMED ME ABOUT THE PROCESS FOR INCLUDING INSTALLATION IN MY PURCHASE AND WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT RELEVANT PRICING. THE CONTACT FOR INSTALLATION DID NOT COME UNTIL VERY LATE 3 DAYS AFTER THE PURCHASE. THE INSTALLER/HAULER WAS LATE BUT ADEQUATELY INSTALLED THE NEW PRODUCT AND HAULED AWAY THE OLD ONE.

THE REPAIRMAN SENT SENT OUT WAS ON TIME. HE WAS COURTEOUS AND FIXED THE PROBLEM. HE EVEN WENT OUT OF HIS WAY TO GET A NEW LID FOR OUR WASHER SENT TO OUR HOME AT NO COST BECUASE THE LID HAD RUSTED A LITTLE BIT. THE ONLY THING I DID NOT LIKE IS HOW LONG IT TAKES FOR THEM TO GET SOMEONE TO YOUR HOME. I CALLED ON A MONDAY AND THEY WERE BOOKED THROUGH THE WEEK. I WAS NOT ABLE TO HAVE AN APPOINTMENT SET UP UNTIL A WEEK LATER.

HAD TO MAKE APPOINTMENTS FOR INSTALLATION OF SOFTWARE. CD BURNING PROBLEM, HOWEVER THEY FIXED IT.

OVERALL, IT WAS A LITTLE EXPENSIVE AND IT WASN'T COVERED UNDER WARRANTY. HOWEVER THEY DID REPAIR IT AND IN A TIMELY FASHION.
