Chris arrived on time and was very professional and pleasant to talk to. He was knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. He was able to do the repair quickly and now the door works perfectly. I wish I would have called them sooner.

Both doors work perfectly. This is the first time I have used them and will never use anyone else when/if I need more work. They were very professional, showed me before what needed repair, i.e. cracks in some of the hardware, etc. Their price was reasonable. They know what they are doing.

The replacements appeared valid based on the technician’s claim and my uneducated view of the replaced parts. However, I had the uneasy feeling that I have been “gouged” on the cost of parts for this transaction. Therefore, I conducted a price comparison with four [4] other garage door suppliers with the following results. On average the total comparative cost for the same parts was $151.28 vs. the $745.66 charged by Garage Door Medic. Garage Door Medic has intentionally attempted to gouge me on their price, therefore, I request a full refund from Garage Door Medic.

Fast response, same day. Technician did try to upsell some and pointed out why he recommended what he did, but once I said no, he just fixed what I requested. Was very quick and garage door works well now.

It went very well. I had decided that I needed a new garage door opener, but was sold a much less expensive solution that actually ended up working out. Imagine that... A company talked me into spending LESS money... I'm now a customer for life.

Excellent. Jeff T. showed up within a few hours of me calling. He (and the office) was very courteous and professional. Job was done quickly and door operation was checked. Jeff gave me some hints on how to extend the life of my opener system. I was very pleased and will hire them the next time I need service.

I called the Garage Door Medics and within a couple of hours Jon came by and fixed the cables, springs and adjusted the whole thing. He completely explained what he thought was the problem and why it had happened and what he could do to fix it. Within 1/2 hour the garage door was working better than it ever had. I was shocked because I thought the worst and thought that I needed a whole new set up. Wow! Thank you Jon Topping!

My garage door stopped working on a Saturday evening. A cable had become entangled due to parts being incorrectly installed before I bought my home. Sunday around noon I found Garage Door Medics on Angie's List. Their link indicated they were available 24/7, so I called and spoke to a rep. I told her the problem and she said somebody would be over between 2 and 6 PM and that I would get a call about 30 minutes before the technician would arrive. That call came around 2:30 PM and Alex the technician arrived around 3. I showed him the problem and he quickly diagnosed why it happened (incorrect installation) and gave me two options for fixing it. I chose the best option for me and by 4 PM the garage door was working again (and working better/faster/quieter than it ever has!). I'll use Garage Door Medics again and I'll also ask for Alex.

Very well, I purchased an Angieslist deal for maintenance. The technician came when promised and told me I needed new rollers on both tracks. He showed me the problem, told me what it would cost in addition to the deal I had purchased and did the work promptly. The door has worked perfectly ever since.

I called on Tuesday, March 29, 2016 to make an appointment & set up the appointment for the following day. 
Jeff T, called me & let me know he would be my technician & confirm he time. Jeff was very professional,  courteous, and helpful.  Jeff, answered all of my questions, he assessed my garage door and it's parts, gave it a tune up, and provided me with (2) remotes. In all a great experience.
