Dronberger Developments

Mr. Chris Harrison  did a bid with reasonable cost and but as he started to work on the project, he started to cut corners to save cost. He changed the architect's design in order to save material without anticipating how to make the drainage functional. The surface of the balcony was supposed to be redone with new water proofing mechanism and proper sloping to provide good  drain. But due to his design change, drain holes has to be installed at two corners of the deck. The problem is that  they just put the metal pipe for drains on top of the original surface without properly sloping the edge down for water to flow. As a result the balcony ends up having water ponding issue. In order to amend the issue, they pushed me to install surface drains by drilling through the balcony and install pipes underneath the balcony. This did not resolve the water ponding issue completely. Worse yet the drain area start to leak at the first time it rains last October. Ever since then, I have asked them to come back to repair it, they have not been responsive.. 

For the water proofing surface of the balcony, we were promised to have a new surface with proper sloping. But at the end Mr. Harisson hired Mr. KC Cafaro (I will file a review and complain too for him) to coat on top of the original surface. With promises from both of them that it will work and looks smooth and perfect after it is done, I had to agree the way they do it. After just one day, the surface started to bubble, Mr. Cafaro came back and tried to fix them, but they bubble again and few days later, new bubbles came like mushrooms. Since last July, I have been sending them pictures and ask them to come to fix it, they have never done it. With the leak problem, i asked them again, someone showed up once to our house without letting me know and then left, since thenI have never heard from them. Until I decided to take further action such as to write this review and report them to BBB, they still did not respond.

They also left unused material in my yard and I have been asking them to remove it. Util today they have not done it. To me, this project they did since last April has not been finished until today. Chris has no good knowledge to be in the business, their job quality and service is the worst I have ever seen in my experience with building/remodeling contractors. Based on the reviews recently they get, I can see that they do not care very much. 

According to my knowledge, Mr. Harrision uses the licence owned by Robert Dronberger. It apparently a mistake to expand the business this way by hiring someone not capable to conduct a project. Hope no one will get the same bad experience by using them.

We have used them for several projects and they are really good.  We use them whenever we have a project.  They do a wide range of things and we have never been unhappy with anything they have done.  They have wide range of skills and always very pleasant.  They clean up after themselves, which is important as far as we are concerned.  They are usually able to up their schedule, in case of emergency projects for us.  They are very conscientious and very knowledgeable.  Their price is fair.  They do a good work.  They are a little bit expensive, but we were fine with the price.  The quality was high.  Everything from them was really good.

They were readily available, honest, and were hard workers.

They were on time, brought all the right tools and were focused to get the job done.  It took longer than I originally estimated, but they stayed until the job was done.

The service went real well, they isntalled it when they said they would. They completed the project in one day. It doesn't leak it doesn't rattle, they did a fine job. Very pleased with service.

The experience was wonderful. They showed up when they said they would. Completed on time and within our budget!

With Chris in charge I don't have to fret about getting the job done.

I would recommend him to anybody. Does great work
