Mike has worked before on my roof and the areas he has worked on have not leaked after repairs. He works by himself, so the work may take a little longer than if he had help. His reason for working alone is that he doesn't trust anyone else to do the work in the way he likes it done. Overall, I have been pleased with his work.

Very prompt. Very careful on the roof. Secured slipped tiles and replaced broken ones. Ensured the look of the roof color was uniform. Very happy with quality and price.

I'd gotten 4 other estimates. Two of the other companies said I'd need to redo the entire roof. One said ,it would cost $8,000. One said it could be done for $3000, but never called back. Mike came with his son. He climbed up and looked around, then said he would do it for $5,000. He gave me two references. I called them both and they both, gave him positive reviews. So I hired him. He came up with the plan by eye and implemented it "on-the-fly". He has impressive knowledge and a casual, good-natured attitude. I was mostly out of town, for the actual work. He executed a complex solution and it works very well.
