granite in my kitchen and bathrooms. The
project had many delays. The cabinets
were assembled poorly, multiple scratches were found on the
cabinets and holes cut inappropriately inside of the cabinets. Measuring mistakes were made,
there were extra gaps in some places and the fridge did not fit, the cabinets
needed to be moved to fit it. The
contractor demanded me to sign off on the project before the job was completed,
yelling and screaming at me and complaining to me about not having enough money to pay his rent. He promised to come back and finish anything
that was missed or not noticed during the sign off and offered 1 year warranty
on labor. After he got paid and papers
are signed, he disappeared. The
following issues left unresolved: 1) crooked draws and cabinets with gaps that
needed adjustments, 2) molding on the top of cabinets was not holding, 3) The
pantry bottom shelf (upper cabinet ) collapsed, 4) new exhaust fan was broken
by the workers. 5) the hole for the
stove and exhaust fan was cut too small, so the cabinet panel on the island
came out loose because the stove did not fit, 6) granite cracked in a few
places 7) cabinet base for the vanity and some cabinets in the kitchen did not
have straight line at the bottom. When I
contacted the owner, he said that the company does not offer any warranty on
labor and he refused to fix anything. Basically, the owner did not support the warranty
offered by his partner. The owner mentioned that he would stop by and will at least look
at the problems and help me address them, but he never did, I waited about 6 months and then gave
up. I hired others to fix the problems. When only the draws problems left, I contacted
the owner again about 2 months ago to come and take a look at them. The owner said
he would stop by but he ignored me again and never returned my calls. This is not the way to treat your customers
"Hello [Member Name Removed] I do apologize for the heartache of your project, and delay in response to this review. It wasn't until recently that a potential client brought this review to my attention, you could imagine ones shock to see a review go without response for so long. As mentioned when you first contacted me, I do not have any record of your project nor did we employ, partner or venture with the gentlemen that performed the work at your house. This was a gross act of fraud. This appalling act of fraudulence not only affects you as a customer spending hard earned money on poor craftsmanship but me as a business owner who can potentially loose prospective clients. Please contact me, for assistance on what to do in a situation such as this. Best, Chase"
