CALIBER COLLISION CTR

Caliber is on list of approved repair shops for my insurance Company. I dropped my car that had been damaged in a fender bender. They provided an estimate which insurance approved and completed the repairs faster than originally scheduled. Service rep was Nate Haughelstine, He was knowledgeable and very professsional. Fit and Finish are like new and panel alignment was perfect. Since they had to replace the headlight housing on one side, they polished the one on the other side so it wouldn't be so obvious.

When Matt of Dents Done Rite first looked at my car, he told me the dent was in too difficult a spot for him and probably needed a body shop to repair it properly. He referred me to Caliber. Robert at Caliber wrote up the estimate, which came to almost $1000, an amount I was not willing to spend on my 8-year-old car. Robert suggested having Matt fix my car at the Caliber shop instead of at my home, with their people assisting him in things like dismantling the taillight assembly to make the job easier. He set up the repair with Matt for me and did not charge me any additional fee.



Even though I did not actually have work done by Caliber Collision, I feel that their staff went above and beyond what was required of them in this situation. If I ever do need the services of a body shop, I will be using them.
