Terrible. Ryan was subcontracted by my General Contractor to install six electronic window actuators in my new home construction in South Park. The window actuators are still inoperable after twelve (yes, twelve) months of back-and-forth, endless promises, excuses, and delays. After telling me last month that a part needed to be ordered, then telling me it had been ordered, then scheduling a time to show up and finally install the thing, Ryan finally went completely silent and I have not heard from him since. I am stupefied that this project has still not been completed. Ryan told me several times that he was sorry for the delays, but that he would get the job done. He always seemed like a nice guy, but obviously cannot be trusted to do what he says.
