Tech's arrived on time (within agreed to time range) and were professional in all aspects of their stay. The requested estimate fo repairs turned into a on-the-spot set of repairs performed. Fortunately they had the proper parts and know how to fix both problems immediately. They also reviewed and will estimate the cost to make a remodelling enhancement to a shower. Very helpful suggestions with considerations to our budget and functional improvements desired. They deserve a solid A for all aspects of their visit.

They were honest in their estimate, prompt in their service, professional in their manner, tidy in their work. They listened carefully to my needs and worked hard to achieve what I wanted. I wanted the mirror mounted so that there were no cut outs and so I could eventually apply a frame around it. They also gave me advice on mirror size and placement to help costs.

Enjoyed working with this company. Very professional all the way around. The installers were friendly and punctual. My shower enclosure looks great.

My original request was to have the technician perform the work on site. They advised me that I could save a lot of money by bringing the window frame to their shop. With their advice, It proved to be a simple matter to lift the window out and bring it in. The cost ended up being about half of what it would have been. They were friendly, helpful, did good work, and got it done on time.

I received an estimate over the phone for plain glass replacement. When I arrived, I wanted to look at more decorative glass. The advice and suggestions were right on but without pressure. The price was about right and the finished product really improves the cabinet. I recommend this business and would definitely use them again.

They are a very honest and trustworthy vendors. They delivered a quality product, on-time, and within expected cost. They were a little bit inefficient to deal with on the telephone (had to play ''phone tag'' for simple messages, on two occasions), however this was not a ''showstopper'' issue. I would recommend this vendor to another customer.
